If I add a library do I need of new license ?

I have a backup exec 2013 vray on a windows 2003 server with 1 library. Now I want buy a new library to connect to the same media server, do I need of an other license ?

No. If it has only 1 tape drive. If it has more than 1 tape drive then you need a LEO license for each of the second and subsequent drives
