Import Backup Exec tapes into Commvault

Hello everybody!

I would like to import some tapes (Backup Exec) into Commvault.

Is it possible?

Somebody know the name of the company that do this work?

No, probably not possible at all unless Commvault writes in MTF format. I've imported CA ARCserve tapes into Backup Exec 2010 R3 and restored those, but that was because CA ARCserve was on the SCL and supported for this sort of process.

I've seen nothing mentioning Commvault.

You will have to install BE on the server, restore all your data to disk, and then use Commvault to back that up.

To be honest you are asking the question in the wrong place as you need to ask Commvault (or Commvault users on a forum) if there is a way to do it.
