Impossible to start BackupExecManagementService

Symantec Backup Exec 15, v 14, b1180, r02

An the service BackupExecManagementService can't start with this error in Windows event viewer

I try to repair and update Backup Exec but the problem not solve.

I try to use BEUtility.exe and repair database,

but the service BackupExecManagementService don't start.
