Incorrect Media Information in BackupExec 10

I'm new to Veritas. I'm using Seagate Travan 20/40 IDE tape drive. BackupExec seems not to be able to recognize the tape correctly and label the tape with only 16MB of space. It recognizes a media type "MC." When i try to do a test run with a new tape in, it will fail because of not enough space. I did do inventory and label the media under "Device" tab.

Try installing the latest device drivers from the following link:

What is the exact error message do you get when running the test run.
