Ever since we installed Symantec Backup Exec 12.5 we haven't been able to see the Exchange Information Store on our Exchange 2010 Server. Symantec 12.5 is installed on the same server as Microsoft Exchange. Currently the server has all Windows Updates and is a 2008 R2 Standard 64-bit OS with Symantec 12.5 SP4 w/ Hotfixes: 355944, 357378, 355337, 141389, 142707, & 358478. I was wondering if anyone could help me out? If you have any questions please ask.

BE 12.5 does not support Exchange 2010. See the SCL below

Hello
BE2010 and BE2010 R2 on Win 2008 64bit or Win 2008R2 supports Exchange 2010.
