Hello,
Based on your licenses(expiring on March 2016) you would be eligible for a free upgrade to Backup Exec 2015. However, I'd suggest you contact the Symantec Licensing Team to get the upgrade notification from them and ensure that all your current licenses(including all your agents and options) are upgraded to Backup Exec 15.

As of now Backup Exec does not support RHEL 7.1
Refer to the below SCL
EDIT:
JFYI... Refer to the below link to install Remote Agent for Linux on supported versions.

In order to backup RHEL 7.1, you need to upgrade to BE 15 and then to BE 15 FP1. See this blog
http://www.symantec.com/connect/blogs/feature-pack-1-backup-exec-15-delivers-improved-performance-intelligent-backups-and-enhanced-p
The upgrade is free if you are on a current maintenance contract. Your existing set of licence keys will not work with BE 15.

I have backup exec licensed to March 2016, if I upgrade to Backup Exec 2015, this would have a cost?
