Installing Backup Exec onto a 64 bit server

I hope someone can help
 
I am simply trying to install Backup Exec 9.1 onto an HP 64 bit Windows 2003 server but keep getting errors everytime i try and install it. I require it on the server so i can backup the mailboxes on our Exchange server. I have tried many different options like remote installing from our current Backup Exec server but get errors saying Veritas cannot be installed remotely on 64 bit machines. Can anyone advise how i can install this onto our server

v9.1.4454 supports 64-Bit Windows, but only on IA-64 processors, not x86
