I'm trying to get the remote agent installed on AIX 5.2 and I'm running into some problems. I was able to complete the install and start the service, but nothing registers in backup exec on my Windows server (is there something I have to do to register this?) and there is nothing in the log file on the AIX server (/var/VRTSralus/beremote.service.log). I can telnet to the server on port 10000 and there is something there. Could anyone offer some assistance with this?
