Installing Remote Agent on a NAS SS4000E (wants username/password)

Not sure what username it's looking for... all that I try dont seem to work.. This storage device is setup like a network share.. Any ideas would be great... thanks

Please review the following document for NAS compatibility:
In most cases, a Remote Agent is either not required, or cannot be installed at all.
