Invalid quantity in license key

Hi all

Anyone can help me for this problem.
I have 1 license key for BE agent for VMware and in paper from symantec if show quantity=2 but when I usd symantec backup exec license assesment tool generate report it display  quantity=1. I not sure anyone ever see this problem. If posible please let me know for the thing I have to do.

Hello,

The license assessment tool will work on the number of license keys installed and will not understand how many clients are valid for the license keys.

Hi,

If you ordered 2 quantities of the same software, usually it would only come with one license key for your own convenience. You may deploy this license key for the quantity of licenses you purchased which is 2 (twice) on your end.
