Is possible know who windows user create a backup job?

I need know who create or put in hold a backup job, is this possible? 

I Have a Backup Exec 2012 in a Windows Server 2008 R2 and a BE 2014 in a WS2012R2.

No. It is not possible to track a user's action.

Audit logs are only good if each and every BE user uses a different id. Normally, because a domain admin is required for the BESA, the BESA is shared

We use a local admin account to use in the default BE account and sign in console with our personal accounts. I will see the link. See you later.

...if you have an admin account and can log onto the media server, you can access Backup Exec unless you have some sort of policy in place preventing this.

As such, anyone can do what they want on BE as pkh has mentioned.
