Hi,

I have had a few threads lately an on one of them I was advised of  free upgrade to 10d from version 10.

We have a customer who is using Version 9.1 Rev 4691 on their SBS server is there an upgrade for this?

Thanks,

Anthony

10D and 10.0 used the same serial numbers as it was more or less seen as the same product.

I suspect 9.x and 9.1 had similar updates.

However the only way to receive free upgrades between major versions is to have a valid support/maintenance agreement (of the correct level) with Symantec at the time when the newer version of the prioduct is released.

As you have 9.1 you won't qualify for a free update to 12.5
