I had v10 or so installed and upgraded to v21. Existing agents on W10 machines will not uninstall. I followed https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.100005184 but still the new version still fails to install b/c there is an existing agent. Is there an agent removal tool or more complete instruction?
