Issue 2: Cant't re-install BE 10.1d

Because of some problems concerning SQL2000, i tried to uninstakll and install BE 10.1d new.

BE 10.1d was installed correctly before.

the install process starts normal, the serial numbers stayed current.

but at an early stage of the installation process stops with a message saying that it was unable to access "networkadress \Agents\RANT64EX"

Such a directory is not on the CD. Why this ? the first installation didn' give this message.

What can I do ?

Hello,
Does Problems with SQL2000 mean that BE was installed in an existing SQL database instead of MSDE?
What method did you use to uninstall BE? Was it completely uninstalled properly? and did you reboot after uninstallation?

Yes, BE was installed to an exsiting SQL2000 installation

Uninstall was "complete"

Please check if there are entries for the older installation in the registry or the services applet.Are you installing on 32 bit or 64 bit OS?
