BE 12.x hasn't been supported in many years, so I doubt you could open a case anyway.
I assume your system has been working for years, What was changed when your system stopped working?
Are you able to run an inventory job of your tape library?
Have you used to tape library web ui to see if it is healthy?
Your post is lacking many details to speculate much further.
