Issue connecting to Lotus Domino data stores

Hi there,

We are currently having issues backing up Lotus Domino (8.5.2) databases using BackupExec 2010 R2.

There error messge I get when browsing the resource list to select the database is:

"An error was encountered while attempting to browse the contents of the Databases on ..."

As far as I can tell the agent is installed correctly.

Try re-starting all the BE services.

Tried restarting the services but still had the problems so uninstalled and reinstalled the agents and it is now working.
