Issue creating Duplicate backups

Single BE 12 server

Devices:

Back up to disk folder

Tape drive

Create a new policy, create new templates:

-Daily Diff

-Weekly Full

Attempt to Create duplicate jobs that duplicate the daily diff and weekly full jobs to tape from B2D folder, when I go to apply the policy I get the following:

"A duplicate backup sets template must use a destination device that can be accessed by the same media server as the device specified for the original backup set"

they are on the same server, why in the world would it think they are on a different media server!?

Jut for grins, can you create a manual D2T Duplicate job?

Turns out this wasn't my only issue..

whenever i attempt to create a job and select a server the program crashes with a stack error..

great.. currently uninstalling and reinstalling since a repair didn't fix the issue.
