Hello Team, couple of months ago I needed to rebuit the server that has runing the Backup EXEC 2010 R3 with SP3. As old backups are not in the current databases I proceeded to insert the tapes backup of a specific date I need on the tape storage and run first an Inventory, and after that ran a Catalog of these tapes.
The problem is that i get an error on the catalog process that is the following one:
Job ended: Monday, March 09, 2015 at 9:33:59 PM
Completed status: Failed
Final error: 0xe0000900 - The requested media is not listed in the media index and could not be mounted. To add the media's catalog information to the disk-based catalogs, run an inventory operation on the media and resubmit the Catalog operation.
Final error category: Backup Media Errors
I´m pretty sure that the tapes I added and ran Inventory are the correct ones.
Any ideas?
