I have a problem with Veritas Backup Exec Ver 9.1. I am using it for a long time. It works fine. But I checked it this morning, there are two backup jobs active and is runing for a long time. Usally, them should be completed for 5 hours. So, in Job Mointor, I right-click the jobs, then click Cancel. I want to stop the jobs. But after then, the status shows me that "Cancel pending".
The jobs, one is backup to disk, another is back to tape. For backup to tape, I setup to slot 2, in Devices tag, I noticed that Slot 2 is Empty, I didn't know why, actually, there should have a tape. And the location shows me that " PV-122T-LTO Tape Drive", usually, it should be shown that " Dell PV-122T-LTO-AutoLoader". Becasue I put tape into the PV-122T-LTO AutoLoader.
Can anybody help me out? thanks in advance.
