To get rid of the problem, you need to do a transaction log backup. See my article below
https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/articles/how-backup-sql-logs-and-truncate-them-be-2012
You need to have at least 2 jobs for your server. One job with AOF on to backup your files and another with AOF off to backup SQL databases only. For the second job, you can then define a log backup job.

Since SDR is using, will separate backup job (for server data / system state & for SQL DB / log) affected ?

No. You can check by seeing that the SDR light is on when you do your selection for the file backup.

Had already posted over here regarding the transaction log backup - https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/backup-exec-will-not-follow-mount-point

- This means I should creatre 2 jobs. One for whole server data (SDR) and one for DB ?
- Otherwise, I want FULL daily backup for SQL. Is possible ? How to set it ?

What's the different of using this method (sql db only) and full backup of everyething (data + sql db) ?

If SDR (without SQL) and SQL backup are separated, then how SDR process ?
Restore OS / Data / System state with SDR, then restore SDR in recoved Windows OS ?
Thanks

... because you are maintaining transaction logs.
Do search the Web to read more about SQL transaction logs.
