Job has failed

Hi,

can someone tell me why BE 20 backup 5TB data and after that shows job failed and when check the logs I can see that a single html file on a one of the servers was corrupted. now when try to run a differential job from the same Full backup the BE try to backup all of he 5TB data again!!

is this something new? why would BE 20 finishs the Full bckup job and just for a single html file mark the 5 TB backup as failed?

Sorry for the dely,

This is what I see in the logs:

Job ended: Saturday, November 2, 2019 at 5:10:05 PM
Completed status: Failed
Final error: 0xe000fe36 - Corrupt data encountered. See the job log for details.
Final error category: Resource Errors

What I dont understand is why BE will show the 4.5 TB back-up as failed when only a single xml file is corrupted! this failed status will kill the next diff backup and the Diff job will try to backup the directries again.
