Job stops at around 35Gb and tape becomes unappendable

Hi everone! I'm getting the same issue!

I have the "media overwrite protection level" set to none:

 

I have a media set allowing append:

After a few minutes at aroung 35Gb the jobs freezes, an alert with comes up saying that a write/read issuse occured and then backupexec does a cleaning job. A few minutes after the final error comes with the tape set as unappendable.

What could i been doing wrong?
