Job times out on mailbox backup - job log has no timestamp

Hi there.  SBS 2003, Symantec Backup Exec 10d SP3 for servers

 
When I backup only the exchange info store, the job is about 80 gigs and works fine, takes only 2 hours.  When I backup the exhange mailboxes, however, the job times out after 8 hours.  When I check the job log for each failed attempt, it times out in approimately the same place so it must be hanging up somewhere for a long time and then finally moving on.  Otherwise it would time out in the same spot every time, right?

I've read around the forums and KB articles and I'm guessing that it's getting hung up on one particular mailbox, but the job logs don't show a timestamp, so there's no possible way for me to know which one it's getting stuck on

I tried enabling debug logging both in the registry and the backup exec utility, and they do not give the information I need.  I tried increasing the job log level to the highest possible, still no timestamp.

Can anyone shed some light onto this?
