Hello,
My job hangs randomly, it seems that it is due to the mailboxes backup as when I check the job activity I can see that it is connected to the exchange server but I cannot see the current backup file.
The job stays in running state but does nothing, I cannot even canceled it or stop the Job Engine service. The only way to stop it is to restart the server.
I have no alert notifications.
Can somebody help me on this issue please ?
I have separated the mailboxes backup from the rest to check that it is really the mailboxes the source of the problem.
