Jobs stuck on "Queued"

Hi everyone,

First time poster, long time lurker!

I am having issues with one of my clients who are using Backup Exec 2010 R3.

They do two daily backups, one running at 23.29 and one running at 22.30.

Both of them backup to folders on a NAS box.

The jobs had been running fine up until about a week ago, when they started sticking at "Queued".

I have tried a few solutions found on here (restarting services, pause/unpause server), but they don't seem to have made a difference.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Many Thanks,

David (Cannon1707).

Have you checked the alerts tab if there is an active alert, waiting for a responce ?

Hi, thanks for the reply.

There is nothing in the alert tab relating to these jobs.

However, I just cancelled one of the queued jobs, and there was an error message (which I have attached a screenshot of).

"Error - Mount Failed"

Thanks,

David.

PS - I should also add that inventories and test runs for this job are successful.

have you ran out of free space and just clicked OK on the alert box that came up without reading it, i've done that before.

Or is the share or Nasbox Offline??

Thanks

James

The error message is because you cancelled it and its not been able to connect to your Nasbox, shouldn't worry about that :)
