KB Articles and associated software version

TR-BE2014
Level 5

Checking out how to move my BE media server to new hardware and found this article. https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.TECH67768?profileURL=https%3A%2F%2Fvam-profile.veritas.com%2FVAMSSO%2Findex.jsp%3FssoID%3D145399903960717N5C272LgGka498M1HYxbVr7oQ481s1a3Z4F Highly recommend that version information be placed at the top of the article rather than the bottom, and to make that standard practice. I read through a fair amount of it before realizing it was for a different version than mine. If there is a more appropriate place to submit article feedback, please let me know. Thanks.

Best bet is here:

https://www.veritas.com/community/backup-and-recovery/ideas

However, on the right of the screen are a variety of options to choose, 1 of which is Products. This shows you which versions of BE the TN relates too, so no need to scroll right to the bottom.

Thanks!

As per Craigv comment the version is under the product links in the right side bar.

Oddly enough a lot of customers miss this link and liked it when we used to have the product versions listed at the very bottom (I suspect because it was always there and not a link you had to click)

If you want to feedback on an article click No to the question about did this article help you (lower down in right side bar)  and the a text box appears that you can type in.
