Error
LU1805: LiveUpdate was unable to find any products to Update.
There are no products on this computer that can be updated by LiveUpdate.

Cause
By default Backup Exec is registered with LiveUpdate and is configured to receive updates whenever LiveUpdate is run from Backup Exec.  If Backup Exec gets unregistered this issue arises.

Solution
This issue can be resolved by using the Backup Exec LiveUpdate utility (BeUpdateOps.exe) so that the settings can be changed for Backup Exec to be updated when LiveUpdate is launched from within Backup Exec.
Refer related documents for more information about Backup Exec LiveUpdate utility (BeUpdateOps.exe) for 11d, 12 and then perform the following steps:

Resolution 1:
1) Open the command prompt and browse to the following directory  C:\Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec\
2) Run BeUpdateOps.exe -AddBE -OptOut
3) Run LiveUpdate

Resolution 2:
1) Open add/remove program on the media server.
2) Uninstall LiveUpdate.
3) Download LiveUpdate 3.3 is for Symantec Enterprise products: www.symantec.com/techsupp/home_homeoffice/products/lu/lu/files.html
Note:-Do not download LiveUpdate 3.5 as it is designed to function with Norton consumer products, not Enterprise products
