I need to install BE 10 on a server in English and install DLO on Japanese OS XP workstations. I think the customer will want the DLO agent to be in Japanese. Can I install the Japanese agent on a WinXP Japanese workstation and have it back up to the English server? Are they interoperable?

Thank you for submitting this support query. Desktop and Laptop Option(DLO) is an integral option of Backup Exec. Hence, if the Backup Exec's language is English, you can use only English version of DLO agents to communicate with DLO admin console which will also be in English. Hope, we have answered your query.
