Hi,
We having a problem with activating our licenses of BE 15. about month a go we did recieve our yellow packeages with in the Serial number that begins with M and has 10 digit. in the page says go to https://licensing.symantec.com we went there create an account and to license portal, there when add the serial number get a message that we should go to https://my.veritas.com
we did create an account there and went to the license portal but there under licenseing tab see any option to add our serial number (see the attechment).
What should we do next?

I would suggets you direct this question at the licensing department themselves. There should be some sort of Contact Us button you can hit to get hold of them.
Not a query for the BE forums as nobody here can do the back-end stuff.
