(1) SYMC PROTECTION SUITE ENTERPRISE EDITION 4.0 PER USER BNDL MULTI LIC EXPRESS BAND F ESSENTIAL 12 MONTHS

and

(2) SYMC PROTECTION SUITE ENTERPRISE EDITION 4.0 PER USER INITIAL ESSENTIAL 12 MONTHS EXPRESS BAND F

In case (1) I have already support including or I need to purchase (2) for adding support ?

What I know is SYMC PROTECTION SUITE ENTERPRISE EDITION 4.0 is bundled with few prodcut like SEP ,BESR so may be if you contact licensing for symantec on this ,they will help you to answer all query related to licensing
