Licenses problem with Backup Exec 2014

Hi All !

Now I upgrade BE CAS 2010R3 to BE 2014.

After reboot, console report that CAS use trial version. Maintenance Contract Information tab show is correct serial numbers, which match with licenses number, and correct expiration date.

Any ideas.

No worries...but this was an issue with BE 2012 which seems to have carried over to this version. Check the TN below and follow the steps which fixed this in 2012...they should be exactly the same:

Remove the license key and re-add it and complete the licensing wizard. Then report back with an update on this.

Hi, CraigV.

I removed all licenses key and rea-add it. After reboot the Maintenance Contract Information tab show is correct serial numbers, Licenses tab show all licenses as trial.

Setup wisard in licenses tab show maintenance licenses and empty licenses with serial numbers are identical maintenance licenses.
