It is impossible to get a serial number for the backup semantics Excel. When you enter the entitlemed ID error occurs. Not found id.

Logon to MyVeritas (using email address used on License purchase)

Once logged in, click on Licensing.
A list of ‘Entitlements’ will appear that corresponds with the list on the License Certificate.

Click on one of the links, then click ‘Generate’.

License key will be shown.

Print or Save license key.

I cannot help - even if you provide entitlement id. You need to find out which email address was supplied when the licenses were purchased. Only this email address can generate license keys. The other option is to contact Customer Care as per the message on your screen.
