Limit how can use the backup exec application

The backupo server is on a dedicate server which part of the domain.  Domain admins and other have administrator permissions to the server.

Can we limit who can run the application?

We wont be able to limit who will run the application, but we can create users in Backup Exec to limit access in BE.
