I would like to know whether can i take complete linux file system backup using Backup Exec.
If yes Please Guide Me How to perform this .

Hello Rajesh,
Backup Exec will not backup Linux File System data, it will only backup the data, you wont be able to perform a disaster recovery of Linux box using Backup Exec.
