Linux/Unix Remote Agent - unable to see files on BE server

greetings,

I have BE 10 installed on a win2k server. I installed the linux/unix remote agent on an old RH 7.2 box, the service seems to be up and running fine on the RH box, i can telnet to it on port 10000 and it responds. I can see the unix agent and RH server in BE servers selection list. I can authenticate to the RH server but i dont get a list of files to select from the RH server. its worth noting the RH server is in a DMZ and i have opened ports 8192, 6101, and 10000 to both way communication as ive seen these ports as important in related documentation. seems like i am missing a port or something, any insight would be great.

never mind i have figured it out. seems you need to open a whole range of ports as it seems to dynamically allocate them durring the data transfer.
