Linux agent installation problem

After installing BE15 linux agent, I manually restart BE services on BE agent. But I still cannot add the linux server by IP into MMS. Error please refer to attached screenshot. The account is correct and can ping the IP on MMS server. No Firewall rule blocked.

Linux OS: redhat 5.11

Installation log please refer to attachment.

Hi VJware, The folder /opt/VRTSralus/data is blank. But follow your advice. Problem is fixed.Thanks

Step 3 of the above KB would not apply to your version of BE as the "User Defined Selections" option doesn't exist anymore.

Try this first:-

Stop the RALUS service on the remote server and browse to /opt/VRTSralus/data. Rename the *.crt files to *.old and start the RALUS service.

Check if you are able to add the Linux server again or not.

If not, are you able to add it by name ? Are you able to add this server to the CASO instead ?
