I have a question that I couldn't find an answer to, mainly because I can't quite work out the right words to describe it!
When I add a linux server to BE with a FQDN, it appears on the list with a Windows logo (rather than the penguin). Then, after a period of time, I get two entries in the server list - The original Windows version as described, and then a Linux entry with the penguin. Both have the same name.
This new linux icon seems to be a kind of ghost, in that I cannot perform any tasks with it, and it frequently dissapears/reappears when I quit and reload BE.
Has anyone else seen this behaviour at all, or perhaps could explain what's going on?
I suppose the 2 main questions here are:
- Why are the Linux servers appearing as windows?
- Why do I get a second "ghosted" server?
