Live update error makes no sense

In trying to update my symantec using live update I get and error trying to do install SP1.  So I look for the actual download link and it says it can't be updated ??? it also give me a hyperlink which I have listed above which takes me to a beta testers website??? totally confused on this one

For the live update error code which you have mentioned probably you can give a shot

Might fix the issue !!
