LiveUpdate doesn't install with BE 2010

I have had several installations where Liveupdate doesn't install with BE 2010 or I can't get the LiveUpdate to work after the initial installation.

I have tried to go to Symantec to get the file and re-install, but it still doesn't work.

Has anyone else encountered this problem?

In the Backup Exec Installation DVD or the ISO image go to WINNT\INSTALL\LIVE UPDATES and run the executable to manually install the Live updates manually.....

Also you can check the BKUPINST.HTM file to get the errors for installation failure.

If liveupdate is installed, but Backup Exec is not registered with it, you can run the following command:

BeUpdateOps.exe -AddBE
