Why do I get a LiveUpdate Error/ LiveUpdate Warning regarding "Update BEWS 11.0.7170 HOTFIX 56 (32-BIT) failed to install and Update was installed successfully, but requires a reboot to complete the installation".? I wonder why those error and updates appear wherein my Backup Exec version for how many months now is BEWS 12.5 already. Can someone help me resolved this issue? thanks in advance
Any agents that are still on 11D? If so, it could be trying to download that update, but why it's trying to apply it to your BEWS 12.5 server is another story...
