Login Account Error SBE 2010

Hi Everyone,

My backups are running and completeting but have the errors that "The logon account that was provided does not have valid credentials. Ensure that the username and password are correct and then try again.

I know the passwords are correct. I've reset them. I still get the error. It is only happening when backing up 2 of my 6 servers. My question is what account do i need to change? how do i go about doing it? The user that runs the backups is a local admin user on the 2 servers that recieve the error.

Pls ensure

1) The account has rights as per https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH23689.html

2) A trust relationship is established between the BE server and the remote server as per https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.TECH156427.html

It doesn't necessarily have to be a password issue.

Sorry Craig! I didnt receive a notify that you had responded. Let me try the suggestions you guys posted and i will let you know how that works out!!
