Hello
I am planning to use Backup Exec And Azure Blob Cold storage for long time retention. Is it possible to set up a retention policy with Backup Exec console to say keepthe data in Azure Blob CLod storage for 5 year and delete it automatically?

Hello,
You can check out the below article:
https://www.veritas.com/support/en_US/article.000116752
Backup Exec 16, and later, supports all Azure regions that are available at this point in time, and also supports both the Hot and Cool tier types of Blob Storage Containers that users create over the Azure portal.
Retention depends on DLM and can be selected from Backup job properties. You can select the time for retaining the data when creating Backup job. After the retention period is over the data will be erased automatically.
Hope this helps.
Thanks,
Milind
