Long erase error message

Hi guys

iam using Hp sdlt320 attached to windows 2003 server, and when i run the long time erase i got this error message:
The device, \Device\Scsi\cpqcissm1, did not respond within the timeout period.

The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Scsi\cpqcissm1.

i installed sp4 but the same error , anyone can support ?

*check whether the device or drive you are using is supported and tested with BEWS version 9.1 ?

*If yes install Veritas device drivers

Stop RSM service on medien Server.
