Loose connection with Domino remote server

The problem now that i enounter is that we lose connexion with client machines!!and when we look at the agent publication icon,we find that there is 2 publications for the same server ;for that the connexion with the backup server is lost!!

When we reboot the backup server,the problem disappears ;but after some days it appears again!

I updated the version of backup exec 2014 to the latest and also the agents on remote machines  but the problem persist!!

we need a definitif solution for this issue;any idea please?

It begins to be a big problem for this solution because some backup terminates with errors or doesn't give the hand to schedule some jobs!

What is the version of Domino and FP that you are using? Check the SCL below to make sure that it is supported http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH217478

It doesn't depend on the version of the lotus domino.Even with windows machine,the same behaviour!

the communication betwen the server and client seems to be lost!

i had BE 2014 SP2 and applied the last hostfix.
