Lotus 9.0.1 fp3 if2 does not work

Hello,

I had Lotus Domino 9.0.1 fp3 32 bits  (Windows 2012 R2) and last version Symantec Backup Exec 2014. It was working.

I have update the last patch Lotus Domino:

IBM Domino 9.0.1 Fix Pack 3 Interim Fix 2 (released March 27, 2015)

This patch solves security problems and disable ssl3, tls v1.0 and enable tls 1.2,etc. You can see it in

Now I can not backup Server. I run a job and it reamins in state "queue and running" but it does not copy anything and does not end never. If I cancel the job it does not ends and I have to stop Backup Exec services.

I think the problem is associated to communication protocol. I think IBM has changed some and Symantec can not establish a communication to backup.

How could I fix it or debug the problem?

What protocol does Symantec use to communicate with Lotus Domino?

I have attached some log files. Where ip Symantec Backup Exec is 10.10.10.3 or legolas and ip Lotus Domino is 10.10.10.2 or zeus

I forgot to mention it

I have removed and re-install agent in Lotus Domino server.

I have the lastes version Symantec Backup Exec and Windwos 2012 R2

BE 2014 only support up till Domino 9.0.  It does not support Domino 9.0.1.  See the SCL below

Even BE 15 which has just been released does not support Domino 9.0.1.  See the SCL below

BE is very sensitive to SP changes to Domino, so it is not surprising that it does not work with Domino 9.0.1

I know it is not officially supported. What I'm trying to figure out why it worked before and not now. If possible find a solution with your help.
Therefore I have not opened an issue, because I will answer what I know and do not go to investigate.
I've noticed that no other files stored in Windows. Definitely not make backups.
It stays as deputy in the image.
I've been looking at the logs and it seems that there is some problem in communication ndmp.

Lotus server does not use Firewall and all that has been installed has been updating Lotus.

Also Deputy debug files.

In the picture a job is running and a force canceling. Thus remain unless Backup Exec services are stopped.

I have news. Updating IBM Lotus affects the copy any file, not only Lotus. Install ation of this patch affects the communication between Server and agent. I have spoken with IBM and told me that maybe is communication agent does not speak tls 1.2. IBM updates protocols security.

Symantec, is lagging behind in the field of Lotus Domino and I see that attempt to pull updates for new versions of Lotus Domino. One reason why I have been with Symantec's because Lotus Domino supports.

But what I can not stay with an old version of Lotus Domino because Backup Exec does not support or is intended to support new versions display. It's a shame.

Without this difference there are many other manufacturers who do the same or better unsupported Lotus Domino.
