Badly need your help in configuring Backup Exec for Domino. While trying to browse the database on Domino Server , error occured:

An error was encountered while attempting to browse the contents of Database on Domino Server. The Lotus Domino server timed out during an operation. Restart the Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows Systems.

** I have modified the timed out setting - but still no good.

1 Stop all Backup Exec Services on the media server and the Remote Lotus Server.
2. ON MEDIA SERVER and ON REMOTE SERVER
Launch REGEDT32 (Start>Run>REGEDT32). Expand HKey_Local_Machine\Software\Symantec\Backup Exec for Windows Servers\Backup Exec\Engine\Domino. Set the Enable Notes Database Filtering Value to 0 (Default value is 1). Set the Enable Change Journal Value to 0 (Default value is 1).
3. Start all Backup Exec Services on the media server AND the Remote Lotus Server

what version of BE are you running ?

http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH126865

Run live update and install all the available fixes and then reinstall the remote agent on the Domino server .
