From searching the internet and eventid.net it looks like this is a problem with the account for which the SQL service is running. Is the MSSQL$BKUPEXEC service running as a user account? If so then that is the likely problem andd should be set to use the local system account as was configured during installation.

You may want to visit http://www.eventid.net and search for ID: 17806 with a Source of MSSQL and review the information they have listed. It seems that they may have a possible resolution for the SQL service running as a user account as well.
