MSSQL$BKUPEXEC event error

I saw this error in the event log server running SBS 2003. It was:
SuperSocket info: ConnectionListen(Shared-Memory (LPC)) : Error 5
which I found MS Article ID : 815249 discussing SQL SP4 update. Info on error: Details D: 19011 Category:8
Source: MSSQL$BKUPEXEC

My question is this anything to worry about?

After rebooting the Backup Exec media server, the Microsoft Windows Application log displays a warning event ID 19011.
