I've installed the Macintosh Remote Agent for Backup Exec 12 onto a brand new Macintosh running OSX Leopard. Firewall is set for Allow all incoming connections. I SSHed into the server and used sudo to run installrams. The program appeared to install properly. My media server sees the host in selection list under Macintoshes, but when I attempt to expand that entry and see the folders, I get the following error message:
"An error was encountered while attempting to browse the contents of josh-mac.FVOFFICE. A network connection to the server could not be established."
I am able to telnet from the media server to the host on port 10000, and I can see the host listening on port 10000 with netstat -na.
Any help greatly appreciated.
