Hi,

I'd suggest an upgrade to BE 2010 R3 with SP2 as this seems to have resolved the issue.

Hi Mohammad

Upgrading to BE 2010 r3 sp2 with updates on first place would be good to begin with , which would ensure backup-exec is fully pacthed & once done update remote agent on exchange server to ensure you are on same level as media server

BE 2010 R3 SP2 - http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH178798

BE 2010 R3  Installer - http://trialware.norton.com/files/fc/Backup_Exec_2010_13.0.5204_MultiPlatforms_Multilingual_DVD.iso
