I have backup exec 2010 R3 SP2 install on 2 Mail exchange (DAG) i have problem when i try to take a backup :

V-79-57344-759 - Unable to complete the operation for the selected resource using the specified options for the following reason: VFF Open Failure. This can be caused by low memory or disk resources.

i try many solutions to solve this problem but the problem come back again . so i need your help
this is the solution that done on mail exchange server:
Solution 1:
- Uninstall the Backup Exec core product and Exchange Agent licenses.
- Reboot the server.
- Reinstall the Backup Exec core product and Exchange licenses.
- Retry Exchange 2010 DAG Full backup.
Solution 2:
1. Install SP2 and all other updates on both the media server.
2. Uninstall Remote agent from Exchange servers.
3. Restart Exchange servers.
4. Reinstall Remote agent on all Exchange server without AOFO.
5. Run the jobs
Solution 3:
- Use Regedit on the media server to locate:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\VirtFile
- Create a new DWORD Value called: Detach Timeout.
Set the Value Data to 10000 (decimal).
